ABOUT ME

I have always had an interest in natural health and well-being, particularly in mental health.   I was looking for a way of helping people, I wanted to make a difference in their lives.  This led me to enrolling on a reflexology course in 1995.  It astounded me.  How could working on the feet have such a profound effect on the body and mind?  I was hooked!  I have never looked back.  It amazed me… and still amazes me.

I never stop learning and am passionate about my work.  I have undertaken many specialist courses over the years in order to develop my skills and support my clients.  Keeping up to date with new findings and information is very important to me. 

I love what I do. 

I am a fully qualified and experienced Therapist.  As an insured member of the Association of Reflexologists I abide by a strict Code of Conduct and Professional Practice.  This assures my clients receive high standards and utmost professionalism.
